MBM ELEVATE Continues to Expand its Impact

You may recall this time last year I launched MBM ELEVATE to expand my impact across more organizations and leaders. The amplified volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) continues to turn up the heat on businesses and their top executives.

I have been honored to come alongside many great leaders as they determined how to best navigate all the changes and keep moving forward. It has been challenging and the choices the top leaders made have had profound impacts on their teams, their businesses and themselves. Some bad. Some good. Some great!

CEO/Owner Peer Advisory groups

As I continue to look for additional ways to increase my capacity to help more leaders make more great impacts, I am building local CEO/Owner Peer Advisory groups with Vistage, the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization.

As a Vistage Chair, I build groups of high-performing CEOs/Owners from local, non-competing industries that work side-by-side to troubleshoot and strategize so that each member can achieve significantly better outcomes.

I understand that top leaders are constantly making tough, strategic decisions – often alone or with bias input. Imagine having a group of 12-16 other CEOs working together monthly in a confidential environment on your most important opportunities or challenges. A group that will challenge you, provide diverse perspectives and always have your back!
